Service Warranty Administrator

Job Title: Service Warranty Administrator
Location: Spring Valley, NY
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 Per Hour

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Warranty Administrator to join their multi brand dealership. In this role, you’ll help keep our warranty process running smoothly – reviewing claims, supporting the service team, and making sure everything is accurate and on time.

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims promptly.
• Making sure repair orders are accurate and complete.
• Working with manufacturer reps and the wider service team.
• Preparing reports and carrying out regular audits.
• Supporting Service Consultants and Technicians with warranty-related questions.

What we’re looking for;

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Confident problem-solver with good customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanics.
• 2+ years’ experience in an automotive dealership is preferred but not essential
