Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Sanford, NC
Pay: $70,000 – $100,000+ Per Year (Base Salary + Commission/Bonus)
Type: High Volume Import Dealership

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a driven Service Advisor to join their busy import dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers maintain their vehicles while maximizing service department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in to delivery.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate service recommendations.
• Educate customers on maintenance schedules and repair needs.
• Manage multiple repair orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive retention.
• Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Import dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume service environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
