About the Opportunity
Holt Automotive Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a respected automotive dealership group seeking a motivated Domestic Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, delivering outstanding service, and helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements
• Present and sell new and pre-owned domestic vehicles
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities
• Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Valid Driver’s License
