Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Woodbury Heights, NJ
Pay: Commission Based – Potential of $80,000+
Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive with experience in domestic brands, specifically Chrysler, Jeep. The ideal candidate understands the domestic buyer, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs
- Demonstrate and present Chrysler, Jeep vehicles, features, and financing options
- Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing
- Maintain CRM activity and follow-up processes (calls, texts, emails)
- Generate self-sourced business through referrals and prospecting
- Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, and product updates
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of automotive sales experience (Domestic preferred but not needed)
- Proven track record (10–15+ units/month preferred)
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- CRM proficiency and digital lead management experience
- Valid driver’s license
