Pay: $55,000 – $80,000 Per Year + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process automotive warranty claims for dealership clients.
- Identify opportunities to maximize claim reimbursement while maintaining OEM compliance.
- Evaluate claim documentation and request additional information when necessary.
- Ensure claims are submitted accurately and efficiently using proprietary software systems.
- Audit and correct warranty claims to improve approval rates and reduce chargebacks.
- Maintain warranty receivables schedules and assist with reconciliation activities.
- Communicate with dealership personnel regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and warranty opportunities.
- Stay current on OEM warranty policies, procedures, and program updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify trends affecting claim performance.
- Maintain detailed records of claim activity and resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Support additional warranty-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience.
- Dealership warranty experience required.
- Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and claim submission processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms and software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
