We are hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a busy, well-organized shop in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident in diagnostics, productive in a flat-rate environment, and looking for steady work with strong earning potential. The shop offers a professional atmosphere with consistent car count and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
• Perform maintenance and repair services including brakes, suspension, steering, and drivability work
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Document work performed and follow shop procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a professional shop
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a flat-rate pay structure
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• OEM or ASE Certification preferred
