Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic (A-Level / B-Level) – High Volume | Flat Rate | Top Pay

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (Flat Rate + Bonuses)
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic for a high-volume dealership service department. Ideal candidates are skilled in diagnostics, electrical, engine repair, and drivability and can produce consistent flag hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete brake repair, suspension work, and steering systems
• Perform multi-point inspections and repair orders
• Use OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain productivity in a flat-rate environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a dealership or high-volume repair shop
• ASE Certification preferred
• Ability to produce 40+ flagged hours/week
• Valid driver’s license + own tools
