Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay: $75,000 – $100,000+ Per Year (Base Salary + Commission/Bonus)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client’s European dealership. This role is perfect for someone who understands the expectations of European vehicle owners and can confidently communicate maintenance and repair recommendations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and repair timelines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and service retention.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• European dealership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, or Jaguar Land Rover.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
