Job Title: Service Advisor

Pay: $65,000 – $100,000+ Per Year (Base Salary + Commission/Bonus)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our client’s established domestic dealership. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating repairs, and delivering a first-class service experience. You’ll be the key link between customers and technicians, helping ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Prepare estimates and obtain repair authorizations.
• Coordinate repair timelines with technicians and management.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the service process.
• Review completed repairs and future maintenance needs with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and sales abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
