Location: Newport News, VA
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 Per Hour (Flat Rate)

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a productive and driven Automotive Technician to join their busy import dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys consistent workflow with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and factory-scheduled services efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance-related concerns.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Complete repairs accurately while maintaining productivity goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training programs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician required.
• Import brand experience preferred.
• OEM or ASE Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service department.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Having your own tools is essential.
