Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 Per Hour (Hourly Pay + Performance Bonus)

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join our client’s thriving independent repair shop. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of makes and models, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns across multiple vehicle brands.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to accurately identify faults.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide repair recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• Having your own tools for the job is essential.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working on a variety of domestic, import, and light-duty vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
