Service Manager

European Luxury Automotive Brand
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000  (Base + Performance Bonus)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
A high-performing European luxury automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and scale its fixed operations department. This is a confidential search for a premium import brand with a strong market presence and loyal client base.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven fixed ops leader with proven experience managing technicians, advisors, warranty, and customer satisfaction in a high-line or European environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily operations of the Service Department (advisors, technicians, warranty, dispatch)
  • Drive profitability across labor sales, parts gross, and overall service absorption
  • Improve and maintain high CSI / manufacturer satisfaction scores
  • Monitor KPIs including:
    • Effective Labor Rate (ELR)
    • Hours per RO
    • Technician productivity & proficiency
    • Gross profit percentage
    • Comeback ratio
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and operational guidelines
  • Oversee warranty administration accuracy and submission timelines
  • Manage departmental budgets and expense control
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager in a dealership environment
  • European or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of fixed operations metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and improve absorption
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ service employees
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
  • Stable employment history
