High-performing European luxury dealership in the Hartford market is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, well-structured service department.

If you know how to manage a service drive, build client trust, and maximize gross while protecting CSI — this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise customers on maintenance and repair needs
• Write and manage repair orders efficiently
• Upsell recommended services with integrity
• Coordinate with technicians and parts for workflow efficiency
• Maintain strong CSI and client retention

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years as a Service Advisor
• German brand experience preferred (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen)
• Strong communication and sales ability
• KPI-driven mindset (ELR, Hours per RO, CSI)
• Professional presence
