Pay: $80,000 – $100,000+ Per Year (Base Salary + Commission/Bonus)

About the Role:
We are seeking an elite Service Advisor to join our client’s exotic vehicle dealership. This position is ideal for a highly professional individual who can provide a world-class customer experience while managing the unique needs of high-performance and exotic vehicle owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver concierge-level service to exotic vehicle clients.
• Build trusted relationships with a high-net-worth customer base.
• Present maintenance, repair, and performance recommendations professionally.
• Coordinate closely with master technicians and management.
• Manage complex repair orders and high-value transactions.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the dealership’s premium standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Luxury, highline, exotic, or performance brand experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and customer retention.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
