Remote Automotive Warranty Administrator

Job Role: Automotive Warranty Administrator 
Location: 100% Remote (United States Only)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
Bonus: Additional performance-related bonus opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join their growing team in a 100% remote position. In this role, you’ll help ensure the warranty process runs smoothly by reviewing and processing claims, checking repair order accuracy, supporting service teams, and ensuring all claims are completed correctly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and processing automotive warranty claims accurately and promptly for multiple dealerships.
• Ensuring repair orders and supporting documentation are complete and compliant.
• Working with manufacturer representatives and dealership service teams.
• Preparing reports and carrying out regular claim reviews and audits.
• Supporting Service Advisors and Technicians with warranty-related questions.
• Identifying potential missed opportunities and helping maximize warranty claim accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive warranty administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A confident problem-solver who is comfortable working independently.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, and vehicle mechanics.
• 3+ years of automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
