Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 Per Annum

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager with wholesale experience to join the team. This is for a dynamic and well respected automotive dealership group who pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of excellence in the automotive sector.

Job Description:
As the Parts Manager, you will oversee the parts departments, ensuring the efficient operation, profitability, and customer satisfaction of each. You will develop strategies to optimize inventory, enhance parts sales, and improve service levels. You will have wholesale parts experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the parts departments for multiple franchises.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service and support.
• Train, mentor, and develop the parts team to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall dealership performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager preferably in a multi-franchise, wholesale environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficient in relevant parts management software and systems.
