What You’ll Do:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians in selecting and ordering parts
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information
• Maintain inventory and keep parts department organized
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims
• Deliver excellent customer service every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a parts or automotive role (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts cataloguing systems
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
