Our client — a prestigious luxury automotive dealership — is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their high-performing workshop. This is an opportunity to work with some of the most desirable performance and luxury vehicles in a state-of-the-art facility, alongside a team that values technical expertise and professionalism.
This role is ideal for a technician who thrives on complex diagnostics, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be recognised as the technical authority within the workshop.

The Role
As Master Technician, you will:

• Perform complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and detailed fault-finding on high-end vehicles
• Lead technical problem-solving within the workshop
• Support and mentor other technicians to elevate overall team performance
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and dealership compliance
• Utilise the latest diagnostic tools and software with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Certification (brand-specific accreditation highly desirable)
• Proven experience within a luxury or high-performance dealership environment
• Advanced diagnostic capability across mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong leadership presence within a workshop setting
• Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• High standards of workmanship and pride in quality
