I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Ford dealership that is looking to add an experienced Ford Certified Master Technician to its award-winning service team. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Carry out advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed repair documentation
• Ensure all work meets Ford quality and safety requirements
• Support and mentor junior technicians when required

Requirements

• Current Ford Certified Master Technician certification
• Proven experience within a Ford dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Valid driving licence
• Excellent work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
