Location: Hyannis, MA
Salary: $75,000 – $130,000
Type: Collision Repair Center

We’re looking for an experienced Collision Repair Appraiser to join a busy, high-volume collision center. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with customers, insurance partners, and technicians to deliver exceptional repair experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and evaluate collision-damaged vehicles
• Write accurate repair estimates using CCC or similar estimating software
• Photograph vehicle damage and document repair needs
• Collaborate with technicians, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers throughout the repair process
• Review repair plans and ensure estimates are complete and accurate
• Maintain clear communication while providing outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Appraiser License required
• 3+ years of automotive collision estimating/appraisal experience
• Experience in a collision repair center preferred
• Proficiency with CCC Pathways or similar estimating platforms
• I-CAR certification is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
