About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Toyota Certified Automotive Technician to join a dealership in Albany, NY. In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of Toyota vehicles, performing everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics and repairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet Toyota’s high standards for safety, reliability, and performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid services
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Toyota vehicles
• Utilize Toyota diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify and resolve concerns
• Complete all repairs in accordance with Toyota Motor Corporation manufacturer standards
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and, when needed, customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay up to date with Toyota training programs, certifications, and evolving automotive technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or automotive certification preferred)
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
• ASE Certification strongly preferred; Toyota certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with modern automotive systems, hybrid technology, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
