Job Title: Automotive Technician
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 Per Hour (Flat Rate)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our client’s established domestic dealership. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicles while building a long-term career with a respected automotive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance services, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic systems and repair information.
• Complete repairs according to factory and safety standards.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations effectively.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Having your own tools for the job is essential.
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience required.
• OEM / ASE Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
